Ipanema's about half as good as Boston's Brazilian churrascarias, but it's a third the distance and well worth the trip. There are two ways to learn about the cuisine: Ipanema's varied buffet and the churrasco a rodizio, an indoor barbecue where skewers of beef, chicken, pork loin, and sausage are brought to the table. Both are all-you-can-eat.
